  View executive summary.

 

Each executive summary view is designed to tell a story. When there is a need to understand the contributions made by individuals, the Staff performance view is chosen. Progress made by each team can be determined by using the Team performance view. A view of how the organization is performing on each objective can be obtained by selecting the Objective performance view. These views are shown respectively in the following charts.

For each of these views, clicking on the chart of interest will result in generating a list of the all the related strategy steps. For example, if you want to see the strategy steps being worked on by a team, just click the team chart.

 

Note the Achieve Rate statistic shown in the charts. This indicator conveys the degree to which emphasis is placed on working on the more important strategy steps. A higher Achieve Rate value means that the strategy steps which have been assigned a higher weight (priority) have been completed.

 

The remaining views provide insight on organization-wide performance. They combine all the contributions made by individuals on all the teams into composite views. By selecting an assortment of views of choice, it is possible to obtain a comprehensive understanding of how well the 7-S elements are aligned in your organization.
