As the firm's Practice Leader in Emerging Businesses with an emphasis on Strategic Planning and Organizational Effectiveness, Bryant is a former McKinsey consultant.
He also serves as associate professor of management at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. His reasearch interests include developing alternative assessment techniques including portfolio and e-portfolio based learning, organizational effectiveness, and
using business simulation to enhance the learning process.
Bryant holds a PhD. in Industrial Management from Clemson University, a MBA in Finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and a
B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Senior Partner - Mazhar Alvi
Mazhar also is the Founder and President of the GlobeWyze investment Firm. GlobeWyze invests in private start up companies primarily
focused on web based solutions and services. GlobeWyze also owns and operates Wyzer brand, under which it launched its first Wyzer 5 bluetooth headset.
Before founding GlobeWyze, Mazhar led AT&T Canada and MTS Allstream in the capacity of Marketing Manager and Project Manager.
He holds a MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. Mazhar also holds an Engineering Degree and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Khalil is the firm's Practice Leader in Education, focusing on relationships between organizational
information systems and the strategy execution process.
He has over 25 years of combined professional experience in information systems consulting, business requirements analysis, and database design and development.
Khalil holds a M.S. in Physics from Howard University and a B.S. in Physics from Virginia State University.
